Reporting requirements are frameworks that represent disclosure requirements for a specific purpose and scope.

A framework version is usually identified by a reference to the underlying legislation (the name and version of the information requirements) and a date stamp (the date the taxonomy was published).

Each framework must have a label, a code, and an owner.

The process of creating a framework version is very similar. Framework version should also include information such as taxonomy technical standard and taxonomy version.

Taxonomy technical standard - the legacy of the XBRL/DPM implementation which guides on what is the underlying technical standard. For example, in the case of EBA models, it identifies a specific ITS (implementing technical standard) which is a legal document that establishes reporting templates.

There can be any number of versions in a framework, and each framework version can have any number of tables.
