Particles allows you to configure essential operational parameters through the Settings window. The settings are divided into three specific sections: License, Containers location, and Proxy.

1. License

In this section, you can specify or update the location of your license key file. This is the file provided by Regnology that is required to activate and run the application. If you receive a renewed or updated license key in the future, you can update its file path here.

2. Containers Location

This setting defines the directory where the application stores its containers, which hold all of your report data. You can use this option to view or change the storage location you originally selected during the first-time launch. When changing this location, ensure the new directory has sufficient storage space for your reports.

3. Proxy

If your organization's network environment requires a proxy server to connect to the internet (which is necessary for actions like downloading new models or online license verification), you can configure it in this section.

Here, you can specify whether a proxy should be used. If enabled, you can enter the necessary proxy configuration settings (such as the proxy address and port) as required by your network administrator.
