Inviting a new user
All users are initially invited by an Admin to an organisation. First Admins are invited to ATOME: Matter by ATOME: Matter Support Team after creating an organisation.

Once an invitation has been sent, users will appear on the list. All invitations are valid for 48 hours, after which time they can be resent by clicking the 3 dots next to them and selecting the Resend invitation. Invitations can also be cancelled once sent.

Assigning permissions
Only Admins have access to all models in the organisation at all times. Data Architects and Reviewers have access to models, model versions and frameworks once they have the appropriate permissions granted by the Admin. If you encounter an issue or are not sure of what permissions a user should be given, you are welcome to reach out to us via ATOME: Matter Support Desk and our Support Team will assist you.

To assign permissions click the 3 dots next to the Model, Model Version and Framework and choose the Permissions.

Permissions for model:
Import DB - import the database as a separate version of the model;
Users Update - access the list of Model Permissions;
Model Update - edit and make changes to the model;
Read - view the entire model;
Delete - delete the entire model;
Version Create - create model versions.

Users Read - see the list of all users in the organisation;
Read - view the entire model version;
Delete - delete the entire model version;
Update - edit and make changes to the model version;
Export Read - see the list of export tasks;
Export Manage - export a model version;
Comment Read - see all comments;
Comment Create - write comments;
Comment Update - edit comments;
Comment Delete - delete comments.
