Export to XBRL

The User can export data from an existing report to the XBRL format in the following ways:

  • by selecting "File" → "Export Report..." from the menu bar or pressing the export icon on the icon bar:

  • by selecting the report in the "Reports" pane on the right and selecting "Export report ...":

and following the instructions.

Before exporting the file, ATOME: Particles allows the users to validate their reports for the second time using the open-source tool Arelle (more about the tool here: https://arelle.org ). This step is optional and can take several hours depending on the size of filing, thus we do not recommend performing this additional validation. However, if the user decides to perform this additional validation using Arelle tool, here are the instructions: Validation with the Arelle tool

In the next step, the User can select tables or table groups that should be included in the exported XBRL file. The filtering option allows to easily select or deselect some parts of tables.

ATOME: Particles allows also to export tables that contain data only. To select them, the User should press the dedicated button: "Select Tables Containing Data".

In the next step, the User should define the Filing Indicator states. Filing Indicator states are automatically taken from the report. They can be also changed manually by the User before the XBRL export:

After selecting the path to save the XBRL file, the export process will start. The progress of this process will be displayed in a new window with detailed steps:

Once the XBRL export process is complete, the User can go to the location with the XBRL file or close the export window. If any errors or warnings occur during the export process, the user will be notified about them in the export status window:
