Tasks
In the section: Tasks you can view the list of all tasks, the history, and statuses. If a task was cancelled due to an error logs are also available. Log files can help to understand what caused an issue and can be downloaded and shared. If you find any errors, you can always reach out to ATOME: Matter Support Desk for assistance, and remember to attach the log file.
There are 6 different tabs for each type of task:
EXPORT
COPY
IMPORT
VALIDATION
DATA POINT GENERATION
MODEL MERGE
COMMENTS MIGRATION
When you look for a specific task, make sure that the right tab is open. The name of the user who performed a task is provided with each task.
The exported file is also available for other users to download from this section provided they have been granted such permissions.
