Datapoints export

This feature enables users to export all individual Data Points (DP) or only duplicated Data Points, offering insights at both the model version and framework version levels.

Exporting a list of duplicated DPs is crucial for users seeking consistency in their data models across various tables. This feature enables the identification of DPs sharing the same Data Point Model (DPM) across different tables. In such instances, the need for additional validations is eliminated, as these duplicated DPs are identical from an XBRL standpoint.

For user comfort, the Excel file containing the list of duplicated DPs will have colored rows:

  • Yellow color fill indicates if there are at least two table cells in this data point that are not grayed out.

  • Red color fill indicates if there are at least two table cells in this data point, and if one of them is grayed out while the other is not.
Additionally, this information can be found in the Readme tab of the exported Excel file.

Exporting DPs from model version level:

  • Click on the three dots next to the model version name.

  • Select Export > Excel > Data points.

  • Next, specify whether you want to export all data points or only duplicates.

When exporting Duplicated DPs from the model version, the results include DPs across all frameworks within the specified model version.

Exporting DPs from framework version level:

  • Click on the three dots next to the framework version name.

  • Select Export > Data points.

  • Afterward, specify whether you want to export all data points or only duplicates.

The export of Duplicated DPs from the framework version level refines the results, providing insights exclusively within a single framework version. This detailed approach enhances precision and flexibility in managing duplicated DPs based on the desired scope of analysis.
